He is notably a member of the National Honor Society, an Honor Roll Student, and co-leader of the bands The Associated Press and Stranger Than Friction. Matt also founded the radio show Vocally Sexy with Eric Mead and Tom Rogers. Some summers ago, Matt threw a pair of shoes up on someone's phone line and has become a local legend ever since. He has been compared to a modern Maniac Magee. Matt is also a 2008 Mr Haverford Contestant.
