I was a Software Engineering Extern at CardSpring during IAP (January) 2013 in San Francisco, CA.
Motivation
The purpose of IAP is to try something you would not normally do. The last 2 internships I had done were on the business side, so I wanted to try something on the software engineering side. Also, I didn't have much time during the semester to learn the latest systems. For example: NoSQL, AWS, Ruby, and Rails.
