I bought a Kindle Touch in January 2012. I had been using Kindle on my Nexus S phone to read a book. I liked the experience and I decided to buy a proper e-reader. I also realized that I should stop buying, storing, and transporting physical books. On one hand, I like that you own a book and will always have it. On the other hand, that's a lot of stuff to move around and store. Also I realized that I won't be looking at that stuff much anymore after I read it once.

One the first day I like it. The text-to-speech feature seemed weird when the first minute you listened to it, but it was nice to listen to my book I was reading while I was at the gym. I like the idea of switching between reading and listening to the same book.
