Organization

I put each class in a notebook, each section (week, unit, etc) as a tab, and then each lecture, worksheet, etc in a page. Look at the OneNote notebooks on my site.

Versus Paper

Computer is nice because you have less to carry around and if the class is internet based (notes online, worksheets online) its better since you don’t have to print stuff out. If its paper based (you get paper worksheets) than paper is better. (This semester I am doing math on paper (since no computer is used by the teacher), but in Physics and Chem I use a tablet since they post their PowerPoint’s online). It’s good not to have to print stuff out and having to remember to bring the right binder.

Also tablet writing is slow when I just want to write quickly. When I am reviewing for a test and don’t care about look or saving, I write on scrap paper.
