RScanVP [1] is a project I helped build in 6.813 during MIT Junior year. The project aimed to make it easy for poster makers to add QR codes to their event posters which when scanned adds the event to the user's calendar. I got the idea when I stood in the MIT Infinite Corridor copying info from a poster into my calendar. I thought there has to be a better way than retyping all this info!
