UAP: Panopticlick Migrations

For my UAP (Course 6 EECS's Undergraduate Advanced Project) I wanted to work with the EFF's Panopticlick browser-fingerprinting project. One of the limitations of browser fingerprinting is that fingerprints change. I wanted to see if I could model and predict these changes.
