I check IE6 to make sure basic functionality works. However, IE6 (now 8 years old) does not support advanced features like drop downs or transparent PNGs. In addition, it is really time to upgrade for security and usability purposes. I do not check versions of IE before 6. If you are running those, I can not guarantee anything.
